The Wider2 gives dependable quality, repeatability and stability.
Features:
Ergonomics design with an emphasis on functionality.
The ergonomic design has been applied to each part, 5g lighter than conventional products. The various grips are tapered and the grooves are made deep, so it has a high grip that makes it easy to make fine adjustments. In addition, by incorporating resin parts behind the needle valve spring, smooth paint adjustment has become possible. Furthermore, the operability of the small amount application was improved by making the tip shape of the trigger smooth.
Easier maintenance is possible
The new WIDER is designed to be easy to maintain. By changing the screw pitch of the cap from 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm, it can be tightened in about one and a half of the conventional half, and the rear end of the needle valve has a shape that can be easily attached and removed. And, by providing a straight part without screws in the air and paint nipple, we realized the easy installation of the joint.
Pattern adjustment that responds as expected.
The conventional pattern adjustment device reached about 45% of the total pattern width in one rotation, was about 80% in 1.5 rotation, and almost 100% in 2 rotation. With the newly developed pattern adjustment device, it has been adjusted to respond evenly with about 35% for one rotation, about 50% for 1.5 rotations, and about 70% for two rotations, making it easier to operate intuitively.
Air valve seat set with less individual differences.
In the conventional air valve sheet set, since the size of the opening of the air passage is a combination of large and small, the air amount is different due to the positional relationship (= individual difference) at the time of screwing. It could have affected the pattern width. In the new WIDER, the structure has been reconsidered, and by making the openings large and uniform, an air valve seat with less individual differences due to screwing has been realized. Thereby more stable painting has become possible.
