Fluorescent Basecoats is applied over DNA Pure White BaZecoat (# B114) to achieve maximum fluorescence of colour. Fluorescent Basecoat should be 2K cleared with DNA Diamond Clear or Flat Clear for maximum UV protection and a durable final finish.
