The Air Elevator System combines a powerful vacuum generator with a filter/dust separation hopper and a stand-alone bulk collection hopper, delivering high performance, long-distance vacuuming of both wet and dry materials.
By separating lights and fines from the bulk product, the system not only improves filtration efficiency but also extends filter life by isolating the filter from the main collection volume. The modular bulk hoppers dramatically increase storage capacity, making them ideal for high-throughput operations.
Fully pneumatic and built from heavy-duty materials, the system features automated reverse pulse filter cleaning, forklift tyne slots for easy handling, and flexible setup options. Simply position the bulk hopper over your blast pot, drum, or bulk bag, connect the air supply, and you’re ready to move large volumes with ease.
